The KENNA Foundation is a Colorado nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. It partners with healthcare professionals and community organizations to address health disparities and social determinants of health throughout El Paso County.

The Foundation is based in Colorado Springs (3930 Loma Vista Pt, Colorado Springs, CO 80918) and primarily serves El Paso County.

Programs are privately funded through individual donors, corporate sponsorships, grants, fundraising efforts, and community donations. KENNA does not accept government funding, so its programs remain available to all individuals with developmental disabilities in El Paso County regardless of financial resources.

P.A.C.K.S. (Program All-Inclusive Care for Kids with Special Needs) provides access to a network of trusted healthcare professionals, small businesses, and social service organizations filling the gaps left by the healthcare system, insurance, and government programs. Services include nurse case management, care coordination, skilled nursing, respite care, primary care, therapies, and durable medical equipment.

To qualify, a person must have a developmental disability diagnosis (regardless of current age), OR be under 21 and actively being evaluated for a developmental disability with a physician attestation of high likelihood of diagnosis. They must also have a current medical need not being fully met by private insurance, state or federal programs, or other community resources.
